Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHCET) 2016 Admit Cards to be Released on 25th April Government of Maharashtra

The admit cards for the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHCET) 2016 will be getting released on April 25. All those candidates, who have registered for the same, can download it from the official website www.mhtcet2016.co.in. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 5, 2016.

The test will be held by the government of Maharashtra, State Common Entrance Test Cell for admission to first year of full time degree courses of health sciences (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BPTh, BOTh, BASLP, BP&O and BSc. Nursing, B.V.Sc. & AH) and technical education (engineering and technology, pharmacy and pharm. D.) for the commencing academic year 2016 to 2017.

Steps to download the admit card :

• Log on to the official website, www.mhtcet2016.co.in
• Click on the link 'CET 2016 Hall Ticket'
• Enter the required details like Application Number, Date of Birth
• Click on Submit
• Your admit card will display on the screen
• Download the same and take a printout for future reference

Paper pattern

The paper will consist of total 200 multiple choice objective type questions. There will be three papers and each paper will contain 100 question. The duration for each paper will be one and half hours. No negative marking will be done for wrong responses. The exam will be conducted in English or Marathi or Urdu language, however mathematics paper will be framed in English language only.

Important dates

The admit cards will be available from April 25.

Common entrance test will be conducted on May 5.

Result will be declared on June 1.
